The membership form can be opened and printed by clicking the button in the step by step process below!
- If you want to save the form to your computer, right click and Select – Save Link As. It will open a box that you can select where you want to save the file. Remember where you saved it.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader that you can download – HERE Make sure that none of the extra boxes are checked then click “Download Adobe Reader”. You will just follow directions to install.
- With the latest version of Adobe Reader DC – you can click the Arrow beside CREATE PDF. In the drop down Select FILL AND SIGN. Then Select FILL AND SIGN on the Next page. On the form click on the line you wish to fill in. You will be able to type your information. Then click on next line and fill in. Continue until you have all form filled in.
- Once the form is Filled in, in the upper left corner you will find – FILE. Click on it, Select SAVE AS. Save the file somewhere but I would suggest changing file name to Your Name Membership. You can then send it to – firstname.lastname@example.org
